Hey Monday. Man, you come so quick and are kind of brutal. Especially when I wake up and it's really, really dark out.

Basically sometimes on a Monday you just need to wear something SUPER bright and get the day started. I absolutely love this outfit by one of my favorite bloggers, Blair. Neon full skirt + black & white stripes = perfection.
